The authors submitting papers are supposed to deliver a 15 min speech. The presentations are followed by a 15-20 minute Q&A session. The form and language should be appropriate to a non-specialist audience. You can use visual PowerPoint presentations in *.pptx, *.pptm, *.ppsx, *.ppsm or *.pdf format. Each author can submit only one paper.

How to prepare a presentation?

• Prepare an outline of your topic and bullet the main points.
• Consider memorizing your speech and rehearsing it rather than just reading a paper.
• Keep visual aids and slides simple and do not overload.
• For a 15-minute talk use no more than 15 slides.
• Use a font large enough to be readable from a distance.
• Speakers are requested to stick to the allotted time and do not overrun.
